BAKED CHOW MEIN 
2 c. celery, cut in lg. pieces
3 sm. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. chicken pieces (cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
24 oz. can mixed chop suey vegetables, drained
2 c. boiling chicken bouillon or hot water
3/4 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
Chow mein noodles, optional

Combine all ingredients except bouillon and noodles in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour the broth over this mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle top with chow mein noodles if desired and bake for 10 minutes more. Celery will be crunchy. Bake for 45 minutes if you do not add noodles.
