CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mixed vegetables
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles

Fry hamburger and onion together. Put in large casserole. Put in all soups. Put in mixed vegetables, leaving on liquid. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. A half hour before you take it from oven put on 2 cups chow mein noodles.
