EASY CHOW MEIN | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can bean sprouts Chow mein noodles 1/2 c. onions 4 oz. mushrooms 1 cube chicken bouillon Soy sauce Brown hamburger in skillet, drain grease, add mushrooms and chopped onions. Open and drain bean sprouts. Fill can with boiling water and add chicken bouillon cube. Let dissolve then add to hamburger. Add bean sprouts and about four to five shakes of soy sauce. Stir and let heat. Then add chow mein noodles. Stir until juice is dissolved. Takes about 45 minutes. |
