YEAST PANCAKES 
1 qt. buttermilk
6 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
4 c. flour

Mix together at night and refrigerate in ice cream pail. Next morning add 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk. This will keep several weeks in the refrigerator.
