YEAST PANCAKES 
2 c. skim milk
2 egg whites (lg.)
3 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. oat bran
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. whole wheat
Flour or mixture of flours

Mix and warm milk, oil, honey and oat bran to lukewarm in saucepan. Add yeast and mix. Add flour. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Let batter sit 5 minutes. Bake on 350 degrees (medium hot) griddle. Store extra pancakes in refrigerator or freezer. Use as bread. No sodium except milk and no cholesterol.
