MACADAMIA FUDGE DESIGNER
BROWNIES
 
5 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
6 large eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts or almonds
Fudge Frosting (recipe follows)
chopped Macadamia nuts (garnish)

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate melts. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Stir in eggs, flour and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F. Cool on wire rack. Pour Fudge Frosting over top. Chill 15 minutes and cut into squares. Garnish if desired.

Yields 4 dozen.

Fudge Frosting:

1 c. whipping cream
12 (1 oz. ea.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Heat whipping cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Pour over brownies.
