PERFECT FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. baking cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cocoa together. Mix by hand the eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, cocoa mixture and vanilla. Add flour, stir in nuts. Pour in 9"x13" pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat butter, cocoa and milk until butter melts, stir in vanilla, beat in powdered sugar until spreading consistency, spread on cooled brownies. Unfrosted brownies are great with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
