PORK CHOPS IN WHITE WINE 
6 pork chops, 1-inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. bacon drippings
3 tsp. flour
3/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. dry white wine
2 lg. onions, sliced

Season chops with salt and pepper and sear slowly in skillet with hot bacon drippings. Remove from skillet.

Stirring constantly, blend flour into fat remaining in skillet. Add broth and wine. When smooth, return chops to skillet. Spread sliced onion over chops. Cover skillet; simmer for about one hour and serve over noodles.
