PORK CHOPS IN WHITE WINE 
4 lg. pork chops
2 lg. onions, sliced
Flour
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. soy sauce
butter

Brown pork chops in butter on both sides. Remove to ovenproof dish. Saute onions until brown. Place onions on top of pork chops. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Combine wine and soy sauce, pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.

I love this recipe. Instead of rice I cut up a few sweet potatoes and put them right in with the pork. Make a veggie and you're done.
