MELS HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 (12 oz.) hash browns, crumbled hash browns
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cube melted butter
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix together in greased pan (9 x 13 inches).

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. cornflakes

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
