SHARP CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash browns, cubed
2/3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. of sour cream
Salt, pepper, onions, garlic powder & paprika to taste

Butter or spray with Pam, large casserole and mix all ingredients together. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes covered in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and put 2 cups shredded sharp cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
