PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin or rib beef, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG - optional)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

Sprinkle beef with Accent; brown in hot oil in skillet. Add beef bouillon, sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes longer.

Combine cornstarch and water and add to thicken. Serve with hot cooked rice.

Serves 4 to 6.
