PEPPER SIRLOIN STEAK 
2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1 1/2-inch thick
1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Score edges of steak (one-inch intervals). Heat grill. Combine butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard in small saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until butter melts. Reserve 1/4 mixture. Place steak on grill; brush with butter mixture. Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes each side (medium or medium-rare; cook longer for a more done steak). Use remaining butter mixture to drizzle over finished steak just before serving.
