SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 lb. Bob Evans Italian sausage
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
3 c. potatoes, diced
8 oz. chunky salsa
1/4 c. red peppers, diced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tbsp. butter

In one skillet brown sausage; at the same time in another skillet brown and drain the potatoes. Cook in red and green peppers and onions until transparent. Drain sausage and add salsa, potatoes, pepper and onions. Mix together well and cook to 180 degrees.
