SAUSAGE DINNER 
1/2 head cabbage, cut up
6 potatoes, sliced
Italian sausage
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

In skillet put cabbage and potatoes. Cover with water. Cook until half done. Reduce heat. Add sausage. Cook until meat is done. Mix in sour cream. Cook slightly a while longer. Then it's ready to eat.
