DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash. (May use blender for speed). Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to yolks. Combine (use mixer if desired). Spoon filling into egg halves.
