DEVILED BACON 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

In small bowl, blend together egg, mustard, cayenne, vinegar and soy sauce. Dip each piece of bacon in egg mixture. Dredge in bread crumbs. Place on several layers of paper towel. Cover with paper towel. Microwave at high 4 1/2 to 6 minutes, or until crisp. Let stand 2-3 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces. Makes 2-3 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
