BACON ROLL-UPS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 to 2/3 lb. sliced bacon

Melt butter in water in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing. Add egg and sausage. Blend thoroughly. Chill for an hour for easier handling. Shape into small oblongs about the size of pecans. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap 1 piece around dressing mixture and fasten with toothpick. Bake on rack in shallow pan at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn half way point. Drain on paper towel. 36 appetizers.
