EASY BEEF BOURGUIGNON 
I make this recipe quite often and even my picky children love this.

1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 lb. lean stew beef
1 can red or white wine (fill one empty soup can with wine)

In an ovenproof casserole dish or Dutch oven (at least 1 1/2 quarts) with cover, combine all ingredients together, stir, cover and put in 375°F oven for 3 hours stirring every hour.

Serve with mashed potatoes, bow tie pastas or Dutch egg noodles.

Serves 3 to 4.
