BACON ROLL-UPS 
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives
1 tbsp. milk or mayonnaise
1 loaf Roman Meal bread or 25 slices of favorite bread
1 lb. bacon

Remove crust from bread and cut in half.

Combine softened cream cheese with milk or mayonnaise. Mix well.

Spread 1 scant tsp. of cream cheese mixture on bread and roll tightly. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.

Place on a broiler pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn when necessary.
