BACON ROLL-UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 loaf white bread
Bacon slices, cut in half (do not fry)

Soften cream cheese, mix with pepper and onion. Trim crusts off bread; cut each slice in half. Spread mixture on each piece of bread; roll up. Place bacon around bread and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
