2-3 cans water chestnuts, cut in half
1-2 lbs. bacon slices, cut in thirds or halves
1 sm. bottle catsup
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Roll strip of bacon around water chestnut half and secure with a toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn bacon, mix catsup, white sugar, and brown sugar well; pour over bacon and bake for 1/2 hour more. Serve hot.
