PEA AND BACON SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen, thawed peas (not cooked)
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 sm. tomato, diced
1/4 c. minced red onion

Combine sour cream and seasonings in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill overnight.

Serves 6-8.
