VEAL PARMESAN OR PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp.
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (Italian, plain or sauce) (I have also used mushroom
soup diluted with water)
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer while preparing meat.

1 1/2 lb. veal (pork chops or I have even used chicken)
2 eggs, beaten
Seasoned bread crumbs (salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese)
Olive oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Dip meat in eggs, then crumbs and brown in oil. Place in large baking dish, cover with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with sauce. I baked with the sauce poured over.
