PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut boneless pork chops
1 med. onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Approximately 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on both sides of pork chop. Slice onion in thin transparent slices. Cover each pork chop with onion slices. Spread mayonnaise over top of pork chop (cover onions). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to completely coat mayonnaise. Set oven at about 375 degrees. Bake for about 45 minutes until mayonnaise and cheese form a golden crust. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

I just fixed this for my roommate and me, and it has the most WONDERFUL flavor!! It's definitely going to be a favorite in this house (good thing it's really easy and quick to fix!). The only thing I did differently was to use seasoned salt instead of salt & pepper. Such a great meal!

This turned out to be a wonderful meal though I left out the onions as no one in my house is a huge fan. I also used a mix of mozzarella, asiago, and parmesan cheese. Following the advice of the other person I used seasoning salt and a mix of garlic, fresh rosemary, and basil. Turned out amazing. Easy to make, not a lot of prep which is great after a long day.
