BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef tips or steak tips
1 tsp. cooking oil
Water
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pt. sour cream
Noodles (long, flat) or rice

In skillet, brown beef in oil. Add 1/2 inch water and simmer about 1/2 hour. While simmering beef tips, add onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in sour cream. Stir until thickened. Serve over noodles or rice.
