3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 lb. butter
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. bananas, cut in chunks
1 1/2 c. nuts

Combine all ingredients in the order they appear in the recipe. Fold in the banana chunks and nuts last, before baking in 2 loaf pans for 80 minutes or until done. Yields 2 loaves.
