SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 c. water
1 c. tomato soup
1 beef bouillon cube

Mix together first 5 ingredients and press in jelly roll pan. Heat together next 5 ingredients and make as white sauce. Pour over meat mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
