SALISBURY STEAKS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves

In large bowl, lightly mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 or 8 patties. Place on grill when coals have reached the light gray ash stage. Cook 5 minutes, turn and cook 3 minutes longer or until desired degree of doneness. Yield: 6-8 servings.
