SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can onion soup
1 lb. ground beef or chuck
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. tomato catsup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine 1/3 of soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper; shape into patties and brown in skillet. Blend remaining soup into flour, catsup and water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Add to skillet. Cook and cover 20 minutes on low heat.
