TEXAS BAKED CORN 
1 (#2) can cream style corn
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
Pepper

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9"x13" greased Pyrex dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
