VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 can French green beans
1 can peg corn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 to 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Ritz or Town House crackers
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain green beans, peg corn, and water chestnuts; layer in baking dish along with 1/2 cup chopped onion. Mix celery, soup, and sour cream together and pour over vegetables. Next, layer with grated cheese. Crush crackers and spread over the top. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
