DREAMSICLE FUDGE | |
3 cups white sugar 2/3 cup heavy cream 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow creme 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips 3 tsp. orange extract 12 drops yellow food coloring 9 drops red food coloring 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) Grease a 9x13-inch pan. In saucepan over medium heat, combine the first 3 ingredients. Heat to soft ball stage (234°F) Remove from heat and stir in Marshmallow creme and white chocolate chips. Mix well until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. (Remove 1 cup and set aside). To the remaining mixture add the flavoring, food colorings and nuts. Stir well and pour into prepared pan. Pour reserved mixture over top and swirl layers to make a decorative look. Chill 2 hours-or-until firm, cut into squares. Great alternative to the holiday chocolate or mint flavors.
