FUDGE FILLED PEANUT BUTTER BARS | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter (melted) FILLING: 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 1/2 c. (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting mix In a large bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter and eggs. By hand, stir until dough holds together. Press 2/3 of dough into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Crumble reserved dough over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Filling: In saucepan combine chocolate chips, milk and butter. Melt over low heat. Stir until smooth then add the frosting mix. |
