DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/4 cups shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Using your stand mixer mix all ingredients together. Place in bowl, cover with Saran or plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for several hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Drop by spoonfuls, about 2-inches apart, onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
