4 INGREDIENT QUICK DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1 Devil'S Food Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1/2 bag of chocolate chips Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips and stir thoroughly. Drop by rounded spoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. 8 minutes for softer cookies, 10 minutes for crunchier cookies. Let cookies cool. You can use ANY cake mix and addition combination. For example, white cake mix and lemon drops, sprinkle with sugar on top; German chocolate cake mix, coconut, and chocolate chunks; Coffee cake mix, cinnamon chips, raisins, then roll cookie balls in the cake crumble mix; Chocolate cake mix and peanut butter chips. Try your favorite combination. Super moist, gooey, and quick cookies in about 15 minutes. Depending on the size of your cookies, makes around 2 dozen per cake mix. Submitted by: B Neuhart |
