GREEN TOMATO CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. finely chopped green tomatoes
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. orange extract
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in green tomatoes, walnuts and flavorings. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan before turning out. Frost if desired.
