CHICKEN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, cut fine
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
Italian bread crumbs, for topping
butter, for topping

Beat egg slightly and add it to milk. Combine the next 8 ingredients in the order given. Put into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, dot with butter and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
