MEXICAN CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
Chopped jalapeno peppers (opt.)

Mix all ingredients except cheese, pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover top with shredded cheese. Bake another 30 minutes.
