LAYERED RANCHERO DIP 
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. gourmet shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped green onion
1 can pitted ripe olives, drained & sliced

In a 10 x 15 inch pan, evenly spread the bean dip. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture over the bean dip.

In a large bowl mash the peeled and pitted avocados. Mix in the lime juice, salt and garlic powder. Spread the avocado mixture over the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the green onion, tomato, shredded cheese and chopped olives over the top. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
