HAM LOAF FOR 36 
4 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 box tapioca
1 qt. milk
10 eggs
Salt and seasonings to taste
4 to 5 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar cider

Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl. Form into loaves or 36 individual loaves. For sauce, combine last 4 ingredients and bring to a boil and pour over the loaves.

Baking time for large loaves is 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Lower heat to 300 degrees and bake 1/2 hour longer. For the individual loaves, bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
