HAM LOAF WITH A TANG! 
2 lb. ground ham
2 lb. ground pork tenderloin (very lean)
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix x all together and form 2 loaves. Pour following Basting sauce over loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours in open pan. When sauce begins to bubble, baste every 15 minutes. Serve with balance of sauce. If sauce should cook down, add a little water. Serves 12.

Basting Sauce:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Shake ingredients together well.
