BANANA BARS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas (2 lg.)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
Cream Cheese Frosting (below)

Grease and lightly flour 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs, vanilla, bananas and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients; stir with pecans into creamed mixture just until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake until bars test done with wooden pick, about 25 minutes. Cool; spread with Cream Cheese Frosting. Servings: 50 (1 1/2 x 2 inch) bars.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth.
