1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello brand gelatin, any flavor
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until ice cream is melted. Fold in crumbled cookies. Pour into individual dessert dishes or serving bowl. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
