COOL COOKIE CRUMBLE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
8 to 10 chocolate sandwich cookies

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Combine 1/2 cup cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cup; add to Jell-O and stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice cubes. Blend in Cool Whip and chill about 15 minutes. While Jell- O is chilling, crush the cookies. Put half the crumbs in the bottom of a oblong pan. Add Jell-O mixture, then add remaining crumbs to top.
