BELL PEPPER CUPS 
2 lb. ground round
4 green bell peppers
12 Saltine crackers
1 lg. onion
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
Salt
1 egg

Combine ground round, diced onion, egg and crackers (crumbled). Mix well. Wash and cut bell peppers in half. Remove seeds and veins. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Pour tomatoes over stuffed bell peppers in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
