CRAZY CRUST FRUIT PIE | |
1 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. water 2/3 c. shortening 1 egg 1 can cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling On low speed in blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except filling. Blend 2 minutes on medium speed. Spread this batter into a 9" or 10" deep dish pie plate. Carefully spoon fruit filling into center of batter. Do not stir! Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
