CRAZY CRUST CHERRY PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening, and water. Blend well, beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into 9 inch pie plate. Combine pie filling and almond flavoring, pour into center of batter. Do not stir. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
