1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup, do not dilute
1 pkg. Ore Ida tator tots or crispy crowns
Salt & pepper to taste

Pat out ground beef in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together onions, peppers and soups together. Top with tator tots or crispy crowns. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
