CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla Nilla Wafers
Comstock cherry pie filling

Blend first 4 ingredients in blender or food processor. Add vanilla and blend 1 minute. Place 1 Nilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper cups. Fill 3/4 full of mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. After cupcakes have cooled, top with cherry pie filling (2 to 3 cherries each). Sprinkle with slivered almonds, if desired. Makes 1 dozen.
